I haven't made any withdrawals yet but why is it all or nothing. I could have sworn when I signed up there was a choice of the dollar amount that you wanted to withdraw. Now it seems to be all or nothing.

Soundcloud is a complete spam, they never pay out royalties , I have songs with 20000 plays in a month many listener who listened several times and soundcloud pays 1 stream 1 stream it is no joke ..we have to find better ways to sell our music

I have linked my Google Ads campaign to my UA-cam music channel to promote my music videos. I would like to clarify some information regarding participation in the UA-cam Partner Program. As far as I know, the watch time from ads viewed for longer than 30 seconds before my videos is added to the 4000 hours requirement for the UA-cam Partner Program. However, views and watch time from ads shorter than 30 seconds do not count towards the requirement. I read this information on a forum, but someone disputed it, saying that watch time from ads is not counted at all. I would like to know which information is correct.
